1.  Unexplained Spike in Water Bills

Homes without foundation leaks usually receive an average water bill that stays within the same range most of the year. If you see your water bill spike suddenly and without cause, chances are you have a plumbing problem. A foundation leak will run 24/7 despite the taps remaining closed, which means that your water bill thinks you’re running the water all that time on purpose.

2. Accumulation of Water

3. Growth and Development of Mold

Mold and mildew are common organisms that grow and nourish in wet regions of an environment.
