FAQs
Some of the questions we get are:
Q: How can you afford to charge a lower rate to unclog any drain in my home?
A: We specialize in drain and sewer cleaning. Low overhead means low costs. Everyone wins!
Q: What kind of tools do you use?
A: We have all the industrial machines, tools, and experience necessary to do the job quickly and professionally.
Q: Do you charge extra if you need to get on the roof to unclog a drain from the vent pipe?
A: No extra charge.
Q: What if the clog returns after you leave?
A: We are proud to inform you that our record for recalls is minimal, maybe 1 or 2 percent. If the clog returns, we will be happy to return and work the clog. However, this may be a sign of hidden damage to the drain or sewer pipe. We offer additional plumbing services such as pipe repair and replacement. We also have a digital sewer camera for close inspection.
Q: Do you offer other plumbing services?
A: Yes. Same quality work, at an affordable price.
Q: Do you offer a guarantee?
A: We are confident in our work and we will offer a 30-day guarantee on pipes that show no unforseen damage.
Q: What if additional work is necessary to unclog the pipe?
A: In extreme cases, additional work may be necessary. We will address this on a case-by-case basis. But be assured, our prices cannot be beat.
Q: What if I have an additional drain that needs to be cleaned during the same service call? Do I need to pay an additional fee?
A: You pay for each drain we clean.
Q: What if the toilet needs to be removed in order to work the clog?
A: Depending on the location of the clog, removing the toilet may be necessary. In this case we have an extra charge because we include the new hardware such as new wax ring, bolts and shims if needed.
